Crown Wine Cellars is located in Shouson Hill, an exclusive suburb on Hong Kong Island The facility is also of immense historical significance having been declared a UNESCO Asia Pacific Heritage Site in 2007. Crown Wine Cellars boasts six underground cellars and a private members clubhouse comprised of two underground bunkers as well as a conservatory. The original structures were constructed 80 years ago by the British Military to serve as an ammunition and weapons storage depot, and was the last Hong Kong position to fall in World War II. The venue is rich in character and offers a variety of outstanding facilities for events ranging from wine-tastings to wine-paring meals, corporate meetings, as well as product launches and corporate training.

    Crown Wine Cellarsis a wine cellar facility and private members club nestled in a forested area on the southern side of Hong Kong Island.  It is a site that is rich in history. Built as a secret military facility by the British as the world plunged into World War II, the sprawling underground bunker network was declared a UNESCO Asia-Pacific Heritage Site in 2007. The bunker complex is comprised of three reception areas for corporate dining and banquets. The Conservatory is an 800-sqm glasshouse with seating for as many as 38 guests.

     

    About 20 metres underground, the Main Reception Room approaches 1000 sqm and with the grand piano in place can accommodate 60 seated guests. The private library and adjoining 500-sqm cellar can take a group of 20 guests.  The facility is a cost-efficient, multi-venue MICE destination or mid-sized groups, with the added pull of a collection of nearby attractions, including Ocean Park Hong Kong and Aberdeen Harbour.
