2025 Outstanding Quality Tourism Services Merchant & Service Staff Awards Presentation

Детали:	This year, in line with the Government's Hospitality Campaign, we proudly hosted the "2025 Outstanding QTS Merchant Service Staff Awards" under the theme "Let's Go the Extra Mile”. The Awards Ceremony were presented in QTSA 31st Anniversary Annual dinner on 13 May 2025, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The event welcomed over 600 guests, including members from the Association, key trade partners and QTS merchants. We were honoured to have Miss Rosanna Law, JP, Secretary for Culture, Sports, and Tourism, as the Guest of Honour. Our chairman, Dr. Peter Lam Kin-ngok, GBM, GBS, delivered the Welcome Remarks. The awards continuously recognise the contributions of QTS-accredited merchants’ service staff towards service excellence, enhancing the service standards in Hong Kong. The 2025 QTS Awards featured several categories, including the "Outstanding QTS Merchant Award", "Long-term Accredited QTS Merchant Recognition" and the "Outstanding QTS Merchant Service Staff Award”, which was divided into supervisory and frontline staff awards. We received an overwhelming response from QTS merchants, with over 400 service staff from 115 brands nominated for the Staff Awards. We also introduced the "Grand Award" for the first time. This special honour goes to the merchant that received the most awards, and this year, it was proudly given to SUPREME. To enhance the excitement, we only announced the winners of the “Outstanding QTS Merchant Service Staff Award” on stage, ensuring no results were revealed beforehand. Along with an unexpected and heartfelt performance by the finalists, we also organized a series of live performances by popular artist to celebrate the occasion, providing an unforgettable experience for all attendees.
