Reminder: Special Funding Support Programme for Small-sized Corporate Meeting & Convention Groups FY2025/26 (For Hotels)  – Applications Open Until 31 March 2026

Dear Valued Hotel Partner,

Thank you for your continued support of Hong Kong tourism throughout the year and for your efforts in promoting our city as a world-class MICE destination.

The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) remains committed to supporting licensed hotels through the Special Funding Support Programme for Small-sized Corporate Meeting and Convention (MC) Groups FY2025/26 (For Hotels). This scheme is designed to enhance your competitiveness and attract more MC groups to Hong Kong.

We would like to bring to your attention that the current application period is still open till 31 March 2026. 

Scheme Highlights
Application Period: 1 May 2025 to 31 March 2026
Eligibility of Applicant: Hong Kong licensed hotels, which is a member of the Hong Kong Hotels Association (HKHA) or the Federation of Hong Kong Hotels Owners (FHKHO), for MC group
Funding Support:

  • From HK$5,000 to HK$40,000

  • On a reimbursement basis, pending the group size

Eligibility of MC Group:

  • A minimum of 10 physical non-Hong Kong participants

  • A minimum stay of two nights in Hong Kong
  • At least four-hours MC programme to be conducted at the applied hotel
Arrival Date of the MC group:

Between 9 May 2025 and 30 September 2026
