| 香港业界参与: | Participation in this opportunity is limited to Hong Kong Tourism Board’s (HKTB) registered Tourism Services Providers, including Attractions/Visitor Facilities; Cruise; Hotels; MICE/Business Travel (Venues, DMC, PCO, Exhibition Organisers, Convention & Exhibition Service Providers, MICE Product & Activity Providers); Travel Agencies (inbound); and Airlines of Hong Kong. MEHK and its esteemed trade partners will co-exhibit at the Hong Kong Pavilion. There will be meeting units for co-exhibitors to host pre-scheduled appointments. Trade partners or their overseas representatives are encouraged to join. |
| 预约会面: | A Pre-Scheduled Appointment (PSA) is a 15-minute one-to-one appointment between a hosted buyer and an exhibitor on the show floor. PSAs will take place on the show floor on Tuesday, 11 February 2025 and Wednesday, 12 February 2025. A five (5)-minute break will be provided between appointments. |
| 报名费: | Participation is limited to one delegate per company at a cost of HK$50,000*. • The participation fee must be paid in full within 1 week after the registration deadline on 9 September 2024 (Monday) (i.e. payment deadline on 16 September 2024). Please send a crossed cheque made payable to ‘Hong Kong Tourism Board’ (specifying company name and participation of this event) to Ms Noel Li, Hong Kong Tourism Board, 9/F, Citicorp Centre, 18 Whitfield Road, North Point, Hong Kong • No invoice will be issued for the participation fee. • Confirmation of participation will be given only upon receipt of full payment. • Due to limited capacity, MEHK can only accept a limited number of co-exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. • Each registered co-exhibitor is entitled to have one representative from the same company participating and one set of pre-scheduled appointments (PSA). • All payment is non-refundable and non-transferable to other HKTB functions. • *Upon successful participation in the trade show, including the submission of a post-event survey, the registered participant’s participation fee will be reimbursed by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB). • Please note that HKTB reserves the final discretion in accepting the registration. It is important to note that individual participants are responsible for covering their own expenses related to transportation, hotel accommodation, and incidental costs. These expenses must be arranged and covered by the participants themselves. |
