Contract Hong Kong –
Southeast Asia
(23-26 October 2018)
The largest ever Contract Hong Kong was successfully held targeting the Southeast Asia market. A total of 75 key travel agents from Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Singapore joined a four-day familiarisation trip to Hong Kong to explore business opportunities. A contracting day was held on 25 October attracting over 130 local trade partners to attend.

Hong Kong Pulse Light Festival

Make magical holiday memories in Hong Kong this winter with a new spectacle of light, music and entertainment. This year, the iconic Victoria Harbour skyline will be even more atmospheric with a light-art pieces from local and overseas artists exhibiting in Hong Kong for the first time. You can also experience the holiday spirit at the Statue Square Christmas Tree, under the harbour-side Christmas lighting decorations and with the winter edition of A Symphony of Lights multimedia light and sound show. Across the city, enjoy holiday cheer at key attractions, seasonal events and themed tours. And conclude your winter holiday magic with a spectacular fireworks show at the Hong Kong New Year Countdown Celebrations.
Hong Kong’s Winter & Christmas Markets

Although Chinese New Year is the more significant celebration, Christmas is warmly embraced across Hong Kong with dazzling illuminations, elaborate decorations and festive cheer by the Santa sack-load. Tiffany CLT Robot and Friends Present Festive Surprise at Harbour City A 30ft tall Christmas Tree and Interactive Installation Welcome Guests into the Whimsical World of Tiffany
This Christmas and New Year, Tiffany presents ‘The Holidays Made by Tiffany’ from November 22, 2018, to January 1, 2019, at the Ocean Terminal Deck and Atrium I, Gateway Arcade of Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui. Starring the CLT robot, named after Tiffany founder Charles Lewis Tiffany, and his friends Man Silver and Karl, a little Nymphenburg mouse, ‘The Holidays Made by Tiffany’ is a unique experience that features memorable interactive elements, a 30-feet tall Christmas tree and Tiffany’s signature blue boxes to celebrate the season.
Hong Kong New Year Countdown Celebrations

Dragon and Lion Dance Extravaganza 2019

The Dragon and Lion Dance Extravaganza 2019 will be held on 1st January, including The Dragon and Lion Dance Parade and the exciting Lion Dance Competition. The event has set four Guinness World Records over the past eight years. This year, the preparatory committee is creating the third International Dragon and Lion Dance Day , with more than 20 districts around the world invited to be the sub-venues of the festival.
Hong Kong 100 Ultra Trail Race (19 - 20 Jan 2019)
Hong Kong 100 is an ultra endurance race and part of the prestigious Ultra-Trail® World Tour. The 100 km course is based around Hong Kong's famous MacLehose Trail and covers some of the most beautiful countryside scenery in Hong Kong, with panoramic views of the busy city, making for a unique way to experience Hong Kong.

Hong Kong Tourism Board Teams Up with National Geographic on Great Outdoors Hong Kong Campaign
The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) has joined forces with National Geographic, the world’s destination for science, exploration and adventure, to promote its 10th annual “Great Outdoors” campaign, featuring 13 of the city’s most stunning landscapes. The campaign will include an authoritative guidebook, Your Guide to Hiking & Cycling in Hong Kong, photo gallery as well as collaborative content with insights from National Geographic photographers and trail experts.
