HONG KONG RESTAURANT THAT DESERVES A MICHELIN STAR
The Chairman
Lauded as one of Asia’s 50 best restaurants, even if the Michelin Guide doesn’t think so, The Chairman has been popular ever since it opened nearly 10 years ago. Why? Suppliers who offer the best seasonal produce – and it’s mostly organic at that – and no MSG. If there’s one thing you must try it’s the pigeon with ‘loongjing’ tea and chrysanthemum, a classic dish that hasn’t left the menu since day one.

The Chairman is listed as one of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, debuting at #41 in the world rankings.
