Hong Kong and Taiwan were placed first in the 2020 report on "How Online Ready Are NTOs for Muslim Travellers in 2020?" by Pear Anderson. Hong Kong improved its' rankings by adding more online resources such as YouTube videos, highlighting Muslim friendly facilities at attractions, and segmenting Muslim travellers' interests. Hong Kong Tourism Board launched a revamped microsite , featuring more information on Muslim-friendly offerings and facilities

Hong Kong Tourism Board continues to engage their overseas trade partners through online webinars updating trade and partners on the latest tourism developments.

The webinar in September focused on Winter @ Hong Kong introducing Hong Kong's signature events, festivals and trade partners' offerings for the yearend festive period. In November, we featured Hong Kong's Great Outdoors, highlighting picturesque hiking & cycling routes, outlying islands and a whole lot of activities travellers can enjoy at the outdoors. Legoland opens in
Spring 2021
Merlin Entertainments, the second largest attraction operator in the world, has announced that LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Hong Kong will open early 2021 at K11 MUSEA.

Dubbed the 30,000 square foot ultimate indoor playground for families with children, LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Hong Kong will provide a 2-3 hour interactive and educational experience for families with children aged 3-10 years old.
