Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival | 23 – 27 October 2024
The Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival is an annual celebration of epicurean offerings at the end of October. It also marks the start of a month-long ‘Taste Around Town’ celebration – a series of dining promotions across the city throughout November.
Taking place at the Central Harbourfront, it promises great wine and delectable treats from around the world, live performances and a deliciously good time, all set against the dazzling Victoria Harbour!

Moon Fest Lumiere | 31 August – 15 October 2024
This Mid-Autumn Festival, Lee Tung Avenue is lighting up with its signature Moon Fest Lumiere event, featuring over 800 traditional Chinese lanterns and exquisite fish-shaped lanterns crafted by a master Chinese lantern maker. Symbolising peace and prosperity, the enchanting scene of fish swimming amidst a sea of lanterns celebrates the rich tradition of Chinese craftmanship.

Ocean Park Hong Kong Halloween Fest | 07 September – 03 November 2024
Ocean Park Halloween Fest 2024 is back bringing a terrifying experience with the revival of Hong Kong's urban legends, including six haunted house experiences, each with its own spine-chilling theme. Highlights include the Dreadful Walled City, Prison Escape, and the Haunted Hotel Morte, among others. The event also offers spooky day-to-night experiences, including interactive games, performances, and a Ghost Bride Walk. 2024 Sun Hung Kai Properties Hong Kong Cyclothon |
13 October 2024
The 2024 Sun Hung Kai Properties Hong Kong Cyclothon will kick off on 13 October, with enthusiastic riders from around the world speeding through the cityscape of Hong Kong. Participants will zoom past iconic landmarks in the city on a 32 km or 50 km ride. The finish line for the 32 km Ride and 50 km Ride will be moved to West Kowloon for the first time, and there will be a sports carnival in the Wonderland to offer participants a space for relaxation and entertainment. Meanwhile, families can enjoy leisure cycling in East Tsim Sha Tsui. Local and Greater Bay Area riders will also vie for glory in the Open Races against the backdrop of Victoria Harbour. So, gear up and join in on the action-packed event!

Clockenflap Music & Arts Festival 2024 | 29 November – 01 December 2024
The largest homegrown music festival in Hong Kong will take place from 29 November to 01 December at Central Harbourfront. Expect a stellar lineup full of local and international music acts across multiple stages, food and drinks to fuel through the night.

Hong Kong’s Strong MICE Rebound
The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) reported a strong rebound in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions) tourism in the first half of 2024. Hong Kong welcomed approximately 21 million visitors from January to June 2024, with about half staying overnight. Among these, 700,000 were MICE visitors, recovering to about 80% of the 2018 levels, making MICE the fastest-recovering segment. The HKTB has secured over 60 major international MICE events for Hong Kong between 2024 and 2026, attracting over 180,000 visitors. These events cover diverse themes, including innovation and technology, medical sciences, financial services, aviation, architecture, and education.

Reopening of Renovated Airport Visitor Centres
The renovated Hong Kong Airport Visitor Centres have reopened, offering several new features. Visitors can view the latest major promotions on an LED wall designed for photo opportunities. The centres provide information on sightseeing ideas, attractions, tours, and major events, available through staff, volunteers, or interactive kiosks. Practical information about airport facilities, accommodation, and transport is also available. Additionally, visitors can download maps and e-guidebooks to their mobile devices using the free Wi-Fi, with printed copies available upon request.
