| Details: | The city’s most anticipated annual culinary event is going digital in November and December! Bringing as much excitement as real-life activities, a fantastic line-up of online events will take place across a number of weeks in November. Hong Kong locals and fans alike will find myriad exclusive offers from hundreds of wine merchants and restaurants and can also participate in virtual gastronomic experiences. Sommeliers will make you feel like a professional yourself in their themed wine-tasting classes, top mixologists will get you shaking up the perfect cocktail and professional chefs will have you cooking up their signature dishes for the whole family to enjoy.
Workshop Livestreaming Opportunity We also welcome interested parties to host live workshop or talk on interesting wine and food topics. It is highly recommended that an ingredient kit/ wine tasting kit could be prepared for local sale in advance. Merchant Participation Opportunity The HKTB will roll out a Take Me Home section in the upcoming online platform, for which hotels and restaurants are welcome to curate a special take-away dining set as part of the festival. The take-away set could be exclusive in terms of ingredients, components, packaging or price. Each offer will run for at least one week on the online platform.
