| Interim Extension of the Funding Support Scheme for Small-sized Meeting, Incentive & Convention Groups FY2025/26 (For Hong Kong Travel Agents) |

Dear Valued DMC Partner,
Thank you for your participation in the Funding Support Scheme for Small-sized Meeting, Incentive & Convention (MIC) Groups (For Hong Kong Travel Agents). The scheme will end on 31 March 2025, and as part of our commitment to supporting Hong Kong’s MICE industry, we are pleased to announce that the scheme will continue in FY2025/26.
We are reviewing the scheme details to ensure the funding support could be effectively utilized to increase the competitiveness of DMCs in attracting MIC groups. We anticipate finalizing and announcing the updated scheme details by the end of April 2025.
In the meantime, the current scheme will be extended for an interim period from 1 to 30 April 2025 under the existing terms and conditions.

| Eligibility |
- Applicant must be a licensed travel agent
- Corporate Meetings, Incentive Groups, or Conventions that have not yet been confirmed to be organised in Hong Kong at the time of application
- Group(s) with at least ten (10) non-Hong Kong participants physically staying overnight in Hong Kong
- Group(s) must stay in a licensed hotel for a minimum of one (1) night
- Applying Event has not obtained any other funding support from the HKTB or the Hong Kong Government.

Funding Support
|
- The funding can be utilised for:
- Special hospitality offers, including
- Hotel accommodation
- Dining
- Meeting packages
- Special events
- Attraction Admissions
- Cultural Performances
- Greeting Services
- Local Transportation
- Offsetting cost for organising a pre-event site inspection visit
- The cumulative funding per applicant will be capped at HK$500,000 per scheme period starting from 1 April 2025. Any funding granted in earlier periods will not count toward this cap.
- Funding will be allocated on a reimbursement and first-come, first-served basis, subject to funding availability

From HK$3,750 to HK$80,000 depending on the length of stay and group size

Complete the online application form via PartnerNet at least ten (10) working days prior to the earliest arrival date of the eligible group(s).
