Description: The Hong Kong Arts Festival continues its 300 Years of Cantonese Opera initiative with part two – The Transition – which celebrates the artistry and legacy of the unique art form during its golden age. The three-year project is led by Yuen Siu-fai, one of the most esteemed Cantonese opera artists with an illustrious career spanning seven decades. This year’s programme showcases the richness of Cantonese opera through an epic production created by Yuen himself.
