Where to Eat in Hong Kong
Home to over 11,000 restaurants, Hong Kong is the epicenter for gourmet dining - from authentic, traditional Chinese fare at local hotspots, to modernist and international cuisines at Michelin-starred restaurants.
Our PR Manager and resident gourmande, Ms. Quinn Doan, shares her insight on Hong Kong's exciting culinary scene:
Below are just a few of my favorite dining establishments in Hong Kong:
Tim Ho Wan - Cannot beat the world's most affordable restaurant for dim sum
Ta Pantry - Private kitchen run by French-trained chef Esther Sham, a former model
Bo Innovation - For "X-Treme" Chinese cuisine by the Demon Chef, Alvin Leung
Yardbird - US chef Matt Abergel; for fantastic yakitori, popular with chefs and Canto pop-stars
