Visitors will enjoy panoramic views of Lantau Island as the cable car takes

them to Ngong Ping Village and the Big Buddha. After a relaxing cup of

Chinese tea, they will visit Tai O and its coastal wetlands, where they may

spot fiddler crabs and mudskippers hiding in the depths and learn how to

make salted egg yolks and tofu puddings.
